【摘要】 目的 :研究不同产地丹参中二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA 含量和测定方法。方法 :用HPLC法测定 ,以 1%醋酸甲醇溶液和 1%醋酸水溶液为流动相作梯度洗脱 ,检测波长为 2 80nm。结果 :所测 4种成分的平均回收率均大于 97% ,RSD小于 1.2 % ,线性良好。结论 :本分析方法稳定可靠 ,重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the contents and determination method of dihydrotanshinone I, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I, tanshinone IIA in Danshen from different sources. METHODS: Determination by HPLC with the gradient eluent consisted of methanol (1% acetic acid) water (1% acetic acid). The detection wavelength was at 280 nm. RESULTS: The average recovery of four components were all above 97%, RSD was no more than 1.2%. The calibration curve was linear. CONCLUSION: The method is accurate and reliable with good reproducibility.更多还原
