【摘要】 目的 :研究复方尿囊素乳膏对小鼠皮肤溃疡的愈合作用。方法 :建立小鼠皮肤创伤和烫伤 2种皮肤溃疡模型 ,记录用药组和对照组小鼠皮肤溃疡面积 ,用显微镜观察溃疡面炎症细胞浸润情况。结果 :和自身对照组相比较 ,复方尿囊素乳膏可明显缩小小鼠皮肤溃疡面积 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,同时炎症细胞浸润也有明显减少 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;并且经局部刺激性实验证明本制剂无刺激性。结论 :复方尿囊素乳膏可明显促进小鼠皮肤溃疡的愈合更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To study mouse’s skin ulcer pharmacodynamics of Allantoin Compound Ointment. METHODS: The wounded and scalded skin ulcer models of mice were est ablished. The skin ulcer area of mice was treated with Allantoin Compound Ointme nt and the control group was also ser, and the inflammatory infiltration of the ulcer was observed under the microscope. RESULTS: Compared with the self-control group, the skin ulcer area o f mice treated with Allantoin Compound Ointment reduced obviously (P<0. 001), at the same time the inflammatory infiltration also reduced obviously (P<0.001). During the stimulating experiment, any stimulation of this prepar ation was not observed. CONCLUSION: It is proved that Allantoin Compound Ointment can have an effect of healing up skin ulcer.更多还原
