【摘要】 介绍三相微泡沫钻井液体系的室内研究和现场试验情况。优选出的基液配方、起泡剂和稳泡剂能保证建立性能优良的微泡沫体系 ,新疆油田C2 85 4井的应用表明该体系配制简单、可循环使用、维护方便、易于转化、成本较低 ,钻井液性能能够满足钻井工艺的要求 ,保证安全快速钻井。该体系可用于欠平衡钻井和近平衡钻井 ,也为解决低压易漏地层的井漏问题提供了切实可行的办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Micro-foam drilling fluid system is a kind of circulating low-density drilling fluid.This paper introduced lab.study and field use of three-phase micro-foam drilling fluid system.Optimizing base-fluid,foaming agent and foam stabilizer can ensure that the property of this system is good.Tests of C2854 well in Xinjiang oilfield show that the system is easy to compound,to manage and to transform,and its cost is low.The system can assure safety and rapid drilling.Meanwhile,this system can be used in underbalanced drilling and to solve lost circulation problem.$$$$更多还原
