【摘要】 目的探讨股骨远端严重粉碎骨折的治疗方法。方法应用动力髁螺钉(dynamiccondylarscrow,DCS)内固定并一期植骨治疗股骨远端严重粉碎骨折21例,对术后膝关节功能进行评价。结果21例病人均获随访,膝关节功能:优7例、良9例、可4例、差1例,优良率近80%。结论动力髁螺钉内固定并一期植骨是治疗股骨远端严重粉碎骨折的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment of severe comminuted fracture of distal femur. Methods 21 cases of severe comminuted fractures of distal femur were treated with dynamic condylar screw internal fixation and primary bone grafting. Their postoperative knee functions were evaluated. Results All the 21 cases were followed up. The postoperative knee functions were excellent in 7 cases, good in 9 cases, fair in 4 cases, and poor in 1 case. The excellent and good rate was 80%. Conclusion Dynamic condylar screw internal fixation combined with primary bone grafting is an efficient method to treat severe comminuted distal femur fractures.更多还原
