【摘要】 结合信息不对称理论 ,研究了物流外包过程中风险产生的途径和规律 ,从对第三方物流企业依赖程度入手 ,分析了多重外包、分散外包的风险模型讨论 ,提出了抽象的物流量的概念 ,将复杂的物流作业看成是量化了的、一般的物流作业。通过分析风险的成因 ,提出了 1 0种降低外包风险的途径 ,为企业物流外包决策提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combining the theory of information dissymmetry, the route and regularity of ris k generation in the course of the logistics consignation are analyzed. Starting from the extent of dependence on the third part logistics(3PL)enterprises, the risk models of multi-consignation and scattered consignation are analyzed. The concept of abstract logistics quantity is put forward, which makes the complica ted logistics operations to be taken as the quantified ordinary logistics operat ion. After analyzing the risk causation, 10 approaches for reducing the risk of consignation are suggested providing criteria for decision-making in logistics consignation of the enterprises.更多还原
