【Abstract】 The value of educational policy is an important theoretical problem in the research of education theory. The analysis of the value of the educational policy subject should not be neglected when we analyze the value of educational policy. Fundamentally, educational policy embodies and realizes the contents, the pursuance and the choices of its subject.
