光照、碳源和还原力对大豆玉米苗期氧化亚氮释放量的影响
Effects of illumination,carbon source and reducing power on N2O emission from maize and soybean seedlings.
【摘要】 使用封闭式箱法 ,对大豆和玉米两种植物在苗期的N2 O释放速率日变化及其同光强、气温的相关性进行了研究 ,同时对遮光、外加碳源和还原力对N2 O释放速率的影响进行了分析 .结果表明 ,两种植物苗期N2 O释放速率在日间有两个释放高峰 ,分别出现在 10 :30和 14 :30 .遮光处理实验结果证明 ,遮光后植物的N2 O释放速率明显增加 ;相关性分析表明 ,苗期大豆在光强低于 11345Lx时 ,N2 O释放速率与光强呈正相关关系 (R2 =0 7332 ) ,光强高于 11345Lx时 ,呈负相关关系 (R2 =0 775 5 ) ,而苗期玉米在光强低于 2 0 0 0 0Lx时 ,N2 O释放速率与光强呈正相关关系 (R2 =0 8711) ,光强高于 11345Lx时 ,呈负相关关系 (R2 =0 8972 ) .加入一定量的碳源 (葡萄糖 ) ,可使遮光植物N2 O的释放速率明显下降 ,由于同化力(NADH)的介入 ,在一定程度上影响了N2 O的排放通量 ,同样使得N2 O的释放量下降 .
【Abstract】 The closed chamber measurement of N 2O emission from soybean and maize seedlings showed that there were two peaks (10:30 and 14:30) of N 2O flux at the daytime.There was a correlation between N 2O emission and illumination.The variation of illumination had a significant influence on N 2O flux from soybean and maize seedlings.There was a positive correlation between N 2O emission and illumination when the illumination was below 11 345 Lx (for soybean,R2 = 0.7332) or 2 000 Lx (for maize,R2 =0.8711),and a negative correlation when the illumination was over 11 345 Lx (for soybean,R2 = 0.7755) or 20 000 Lx (for maize,R2 =0.8972).Addition of carbon source (glucose) and NADH (reducing power) decreased N 2O flux.
