【摘要】 目的 :观察左氧氟沙星治疗泌尿系统感染的临床疗效。方法 :80例中、重度急性泌尿系统感染患者分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别给予左氧氟沙星和环丙沙星治疗。结果 :两组患者用药 3天后比较尿和血中白细胞数、体温大于 37℃的病例数等方面有显著性差异 ,治疗组有效率为 1 0 0 % ,对照组为 85 %。结论 :左氧氟沙星治疗中、重度泌尿系统感染疗效较好 ,不良反应少 ,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficiency of levofloxacin on urinary system infection. METHODS: 80 patients with moderate and severe acute urinary system infection divided into treatment group and control one were respectively given levofloxacin and ciprofloxacin. RESULTS: The counting of WBC in the urine and in the blood and case numbers of the temperature over 37℃ after using these drugs for 3 days in two groups were compared. There was an obvious difference. The efficiency rate in treatment group was 100% and in control group was 85%. CONCLUSION: levofloxacin has obtained good result in the treatment of moderate and severe urinary system infection. It has less adverse reaction. So it is worth spreading and application.更多还原
