【摘要】 以上海金山及其周边区域为样本地区,针对私人保健医生、特需门诊服务和健康俱乐部3种医疗服务方式,对4类人群进行了意向调查,以明确3种医疗服务方式在医疗服务需方中的接受程度,以及医疗服务供方的意愿提供程度。调查结果显示:医疗服务需方对3种医疗服务方式具有很高的接受程度,医务人员也乐意提供这样类型的服务;从市场供求关系来看,如价格定位在合理范围,私人保健医生、特需门诊服务、健康俱乐部等服务将普遍受调查对象欢迎。调查结果为以下观点提供了支持依据:提高医疗技术固然是医院发展的关键前提,但在现阶段,适应人民群众的服务需求,加强服务意识,提供便民的服务措施也不失为医院的发展途径之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the intention survey around Jinshan District of Shanghai,t he paper analyzed three healthcare service acceptance in four kinds of population. The results showed that private family doctor VIP outpatient service &healthcar e club would be accepted highly by the demand sector if the price was suitable.A nd the authors pointed out that the improvement of healthcare service quality wa s as important as the diagnosis and therapy quality.更多还原
