【摘要】 目的 :建立复方薄荷脑滴鼻液中樟脑的含量测定方法。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法 ,于 ( 2 92± 1)nm波长处直接测定樟脑的含量。结果 :在 1.6 2～ 3.2 4mg/mL的浓度范围内 ,线性关系良好 ,相关系数r =0 9992 ,平均回收率 10 0 .0 6 % ,RSD为 1.2 9%。结论 :方法简便、快速、准确更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a quantitative analysis method for camphor in compound menthol nasal drops.Methods:The camphor was determined directly at (292±1)nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range from 1.62～3.24mg/mL with r=0.999 2,the average recovery and relative standard deviation were 100.06% and 1.29% respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate.更多还原
