【摘要】 目的发现和快速传播护理创新知识。方法采用调查问卷的方式了解全国各级医院护理创新知识生产信息 ,介入创新知识生产和论文撰写过程中 ,及时获取论文予以发表。结果干预后课题、技术革新及对照研究性文章发表率显著高于干预前 (均P≤ 0 0 1。结论本研究有利于发掘护理科研成果 ,提高期刊载文质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 PurposeTo discover and rapidly diffuse innovative knowledge of nursing. MethodsThe information of innovation on nursing in all levels hospitals was collected by questionnaire and applied to producing innovative knowledge as well as in time composing scientific manuscripts for publication. Results The rates of publications on research topics and technique innovation were significantly improved (P≤0.01) after intervention. ConclusionThis result will be beneficial to the discovery of scientific research production of nursing and quality improvement of periodicals.更多还原
