【摘要】 目的　建立HPLC法分离测定那格列奈 (A4 16 6 )及片剂中顺反式异构体含量。方法　用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相 ,0 0 5mol/L磷酸钾缓冲液 (pH3 0 ) 乙腈 (30 :70 ,v/v)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 10nm。结果　那格列奈顺反式异构体达到基线分离 ,定量限为 2ng ,检测限为 0 5ng ,回收率为 99 0 %。结论　本法能有效分离测定那格列奈及片剂中顺反式异构体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for the separation and determination of the cis-isomer in nateglinide and tablet.Method A C 18 column was used with 0.05 mol/L buffer of potassium phosphate(pH3.0) -acetonitrile(30︰70,v/v) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 210 nm.Result The cis-isomer in nateglinide can be resoluted. the detective limit and quantitation of nateglinide was 2 ng and 0.5 ng and recovery was 99.0%.Conclustion The method can be used for the resolution and determination of the cis-isomer in nateglinide and tablet.更多还原
