【摘要】 目的 :比较Dyract光固化复合体与银汞合金充填 牙合面洞的临床疗效。方法 :应用两种材料分别充填 15 4个患牙 ,随访 1.5～ 2年 ,共复查到 12 8个患牙。从边缘密合度、继发龋、磨耗程度三方面来观察疗效。结果 :Dyract光固化复合体的边缘密合度与是否易发继发龋方面优于银汞合金 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而耐磨耗程度方面差于银汞合金 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :Dyract光固化复合体黏性性能良好 ,而在承受咀嚼力上还有欠缺更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To study the clinical effects between Dyract AP and silver amalgam in filling class I occlusal cavity.METHODS:In this study 154 teeth decay were filled with Dyract AP or silver amalgam,128 teeth decay got follow-up after 1.5-2 years.RESULTS:The onset of microleakage and secondary carries in Dyract AP group was lwer than those of silver amalgam group.(P<0.05).While the silver amalgam had better anti-abrasive effect than Dyrat AP(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Dyract AP has better adhesive function than silver amalgam,but not better than silver amalgamin standing occlusal force.更多还原
