【摘要】 社会的关注和教育改革的深化 ,使加强教师职业道德教育的呼声越来越高。然而 ,由于对师德教育地位的认识不到位 ,价值取向的片面化、功利化以及片面的内容、枯燥单一的形式和方法 ,使师德教育效率低下。只有采取有针对性的措施 ,坚持师德教育的主体性、实践性、民主化、个性化 ,才能提高师德教育的活力和效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the concern of public and the prosperous development of education, the teachers’ professional ethics has become the focus of the educational research. But, in the practice, the education of teachers’ professional ethics has lost the interest and belief of teachers. In order to reform this, we analyses the main problems in the traditional education of teachers’ professional ethics first. And then, we put forward the advice: we must put the theory into practice, we must insist on the individual of the educational ethics, we must insist on the democracy of it and we should keep it as life style.更多还原
