【Abstract】 The interactive relationship between political tolerance and political confliction is an important part of political science of conflicts. But there is not much systematic research work on the issue so far. This paper approaches to the issue from the view of Robert A. Dahl and focuses on the point of the integrity of the two aspects, that is the necessary co-existence of non-violent political conflicts and political tolerence under the condition of democratic politics. There are four parts in the paper: political opposition and democratic inclus- iveness; tolerant policies from government towards political opponents; relation between government mor- phology and political expense; political tactics of advancement of political democracy.更多还原
