多绳提升钢丝绳动态张力监测研究

【摘要】 根据矿井提升特点 ,提出了一种高可靠性多绳提升钢丝绳动态张力监测系统方案。该系统包括运动载荷动态张力测量、数据感应传输和地面数据处理三部分。通过对动态张力监测系统关键技术进行详细研究 ,提出了套筒液压式传感器结构和钢丝绳感应信号传输方式。动态张力监测系统运行情况和实测的张力数据 ,充分证明了该系统的可靠性和合理性

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of mine hoist system, a reliable structure of testing system for multiple rope dynamic tension was presented. It consists of measure of multiple rope dynamic tension ,inductive transmission of dynamic tension data and data processing in hoist master room. The key technology that includes sleeve hydraulic sensor and inductive data transmission by wire-rope had been discussed particularly and was used in testing system. A lot of testing data and good work condition of testing system proved that the testing system is reliable and reasonable.
