难治性腹水的介入治疗新进展

【摘要】 难治性腹水是肝病晚期常见的严重并发症之一,患者极其痛苦,预后极差,治疗得当可改善病人生存质量。本文着重介绍了当前难治性腹水治疗中的几种介入治疗方法。

【Abstract】 As a disease difficult to treat,the refractory ascites due to post hepatitis often results in a bad prognosis because the general medical treatment is ineffective.This paper introduces the current interventional treatment of the refractory ascites.
