【Abstract】 Sea cucumber belongs to the Holothurioider of Echinodermata, and it is one of the important food and drug resources in the sea. There are about 1 000 kinds of sea cucumbers in the world and about 140 kinds of sea cucumbers in China. There are many bioactive substances in the sea cucumbers, such as amylos-es, saponins, enzymes, fatty acids, toxins et al, and their capability to increase immunity, resist tumour and cruor, protect nerve tissue, ease pain and resist epiphyte. The composition and pharmacological function of bioactive substances in the sea cucumbers was synthesized.更多还原
