云南粳稻区不同海拔对滇粳优1号稻米品质影响的初步研究

【摘要】 将优质米新品种滇粳优1号种植在海拔1532~2109m范围内的18个试点,通过分析稻米外观品质、碾磨品质、蒸煮食味品质和营养品质,初步得出如下结论:海拔高度对滇粳优1号外观品质、整精米率和食味品质影响较大;海拔与滇粳优1号外观品质和食味品质的相关显著,与其余品质性状的相关均不显著。最适滇粳优1号种植的海拔高度为1700~2000m地区。

【Abstract】 The quality characteristics of Dianjingyou No.1 which were planted in 18 different sites in Yunnan were investigated. The result indicated that the exterior quality, ration of head rice and cooking quality were greatly effected altitude. the altitude negatively correlated to the exterior quality and cooking quality significantly, but it didn’t relate to other quality traits. The optimal altitude of planting Dianjingyou No.1 is from 1?700 to 2?000?m in Yunnan.
