关于对高校国家助学贷款的问题分析及建议
An Analysis and Some Suggestions Concerning the State Aided Loans to the college students in the Higher Learning Institutions
【摘要】 自从2000年国家助学贷款在全国高等院校推行以来,取得了一定的成果。使高校部分贫困生解决了经济的困难,然而,国家助学贷款制度及管理方面还存大着许多问题,需要进一步完善。
【Abstract】 Some achievements have been made since the state aided loans to the college students granted in 2000.Some poor students have borrowed the money for their schooling,but there are some problems in the system and in the management.
