【摘要】 目的　观察脂调康胶囊对高脂血症患者血清肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)的影响。方法　采用随机、单盲、阳性药平行对照方法将 186例高脂血症患者分成 2组 ,治疗组 12 4例 ,对照组 6 2例。治疗组用脂调康胶囊 ,对照组用脂必妥片。测定 2组治疗前后TNF α的变化。结果　 2组治疗后血清TNF α均较治疗前显著降低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;而治疗后 2组间比较 ,治疗组血清TNF α降低较对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　脂调康胶囊通过降低TNF α含量 ,减轻其对机体的损伤 ,防止动脉粥样硬化等疾病的形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Zhitiaokang capsule on tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in serum of patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods 186 patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups by randomized, single-blinded and positive drug controlled methods.124 patients in treatment group were treated by Zhitiaokang capsule,62 patients in control group were treated by Zhibituo tablets. The change of TNF-α in serum for both groups was detected.Results The TNF-α was significantly decreased after treatment, as compared with that before treatment in both groups (P<0.001);there was a significant difference in the content of TNF-α after treatment between treatment group and control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Zhitiaokang capsule can prevent atherogenesis by reducing the content of TNF-α to relieve its injury on body.更多还原
