冷轧带钢“拉矫机横向振动纹”的成因分析
Forming Analysis of Transverse Vibrating Grains of Cold Strip in Tension Leveler
【摘要】 分析了宝钢 2 # 电镀锌机组中拉矫机“振动纹”的产生原因 ,指出了造成该缺陷的根源是带钢的张力波动 ,表现为带钢与张力辊之间的摩擦打滑。通过理论分析和现场试验 ,明确了三个主要因素 ,即拉矫机的入口出口张力波动 ,拉矫机张力辊辊面状态 ,以及力矩电机的设定 ,为随后的控制系统改造提供了依据
【Abstract】 Serious "transverse vibrating grains" appeared on the strip surface after the strip passed the Tension Leveler in Baosteel’s No.2 Egl. This article analyzed the reason that the problem formed and pointed out that it was the friction slide that caused tension unstable. Via the analysis and experiments, 3 main factors are clear: the entry and exit tension force unstable of Tension Leveler, the surface state of tension rolls and the set points of torque motors. So some directions are ready for the subsequent modification of control system.
