【摘要】 介绍了双活塞砂浆泵的工作原理 ,建立起双活塞砂浆泵工作机构和补偿机构的设计参数、设计变量、约束条件和目标函数 ,得到了工作机构的优化模型和补偿机构的优化模型。然后在MatLab环境下 ,采用了复合形法和约束随机方向搜索法 ,编写了一个通用性很强的优化设计程序。在已知设计流量下 ,利用计算机设计程序可以方便地求得运动机构的所有设计参数。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the working principle of mortar pump, establishes the design parameters,design variable,constraint conditions of the work mechanism and the compensative mechanism of double-piston mortar pump.A model of optimization design of double-piston mortar pump is achieved. Using the computer programming in matlab environment.All design parameters of the moving mechanism in the condition of design volume is achieved.
