火花源原子发射光谱法分析铝合金时铜对镁干扰及校正的探讨

【摘要】 研究发现用GVM 1014光谱仪分析铝合金,使用同一合金组分而含量不一样的两套标样绘制工作曲线时,镁的分析结果存在较大差异,这种差异主要是共存元素干扰引起的。由于GVM 1014光谱仪的软件系统不适合铝基合金中干扰元素的校正,因此采用了DV 4光谱仪所设置的消除干扰方法,对影响镁测定的干扰元素进行校正,结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 The research showed that the results were great difference for determining magnesium in same sample of aluminium alloy by GVM-1014 spectrometer when two standard samples of aluminium alloy which have same element with different content were used for drawing calibration curve.The difference was mainly caused by the interference of coexisting elements.Because the software system of GVM-1014 spectrometer is not suitable for the correction of the interference of elements in aluminium alloy,the interference elimination method of DV-4 spectrometer was used to correct the interference with satisfactory results.
