【摘要】 采用膦基结构多元羧酸对亚麻织物进行免烫整理 ,分析整理剂浓度、催化剂浓度、添加剂浓度、焙烘温度及焙烘时间等对整理效果的影响 ,确定正交试验的因素水平范围。通过试验 ,获得了亚麻织物多元羧酸免烫整理的最佳工艺 ,并对处理后亚麻织物的性能进行了测试。结果表明 ,亚麻织物的免烫性能有极大提高 ,整理后的织物耐洗性良好 ,强力保留率基本达到要求更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study, the non iron finish of linen with phosphino polycaboxylic acid was investigated. The effects of concentration of finishing agent , catalyst and additives as well as curing temperature and curing time on the characteristics of linen were discussed and the optimum technology condition was determined with the orthogonal experiment.
