不同热暴露状态下Nb/Mo多层金属复合材料微观特征分析
Microstructure of Nb/Mo Multi-layered Metal Composite After Thermal Exposure
【摘要】 利用电弧沉积法研制出新型Nb/Mo多层金属复合高温结构材料 ,在复合材料表面制备相应的高温抗氧化涂层。在大气环境下对该材料进行了高温热暴露试验 ,并对不同热暴露状态的Nb/Mo多层金属复合材料进行了微观组织观察和分析。结果表明 ,在可靠的抗氧化涂层的保护下 ,Nb/Mo多层金属复合材料在 16 0 0℃热暴露 15h后 ,其内部层间组织结构仍基本保持完整。
【Abstract】 A new kind of multi layered Nb/Mo composite manufactured by vacuum arc plasma is quite likely to be used as high temperature structure material. Corresponding oxidation resistance coatings were made on the surface of the composite. Nb/Mo composites were exposed in the air at various high temperatures. After thermal exposure, the microstructure has been observed and analyzed. Its internal structure can preserve integrated basically at 1600℃ for 15 h.
