【Abstract】 In 2003,the recovery of economy in the Asian-Pacific region accelerated to some extent and may result in a 4% growth for the whole re- gion,with the American economy enjoying strong revival,China’s economic growth maintaining its speed,and Japan’s economy showing some signs of slow recovery.Can the American economy achieve accelerated recovery?Can Japan’s econo- my end its"tragedy"?These are issues worth our concern and study.Meanwhile,the economic co- operation among various regional economic cooper- ative organizations in the Asian-Pacific region is developing very fast and has achieved some con- crete results.And such cooperation will continue to play the active role in the regional economic ac- tivities.更多还原
