【摘要】 粮食安全是事关一个国家或地区生存、发展和竞争力强弱与否的重大问题,文章探讨了20世纪30年 代新桂系为保障粮食安全所采取的措施及成效,以期对当前粮食安全机制的建立有所启示.

【Abstract】 The safety of grain is very important because it relates to exist , development and competition ability of one nation or district. The paper discusses the New Gui Ground did what to ensure grain safety in 1930s. The writer hopes the paper can enlight the construction of nowadays grain safety system .
