烟草黑胫病菌研究进展(Ⅱ)

【摘要】 综述了烟草黑胫病菌致病性与生理分化的发现、机制、类型、主要途径、鉴定方法(生理生化法和寄主法)以及交配型的类型和在无性繁殖条件下发生变异的因素等方面的主要研究进展,并对烟草黑胫病菌致病性与生理分化、接种方法进行了比较分析和讨论。

【Abstract】 The recent advances in pathogenicity and the finding,mechanism,type and main pathway of physiological differentiation,two identification methods (physio-biochemical method and host distinguishing method),the types and variation in asexual reproduction of mating type of Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae were reviewed.The pathogenicity, physiological differentiation and inoculation methods were also discussed.
