【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨复方轮叶党参制剂的解酒作用 .[方法 ]采用观察翻正反射消失情况将小鼠分为 3个组 ,即对照组、轮叶党参提取物组及复方轮叶党参制剂组 ,各组分别用相应的药物及食用乙醇灌胃 .观察并记录小鼠的醒酒时间和耐受时间 .[结果 ]与对照组相比较 ,复方轮叶党参制剂组小鼠从醉酒到醒酒时间明显缩短 ,从饮酒到醒酒 (耐受 )的时间也明显缩短 .[结论 ]复方轮叶党参具有解酒作用更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE?To study the compound Codonopsis lanceolata for dispelling effects of alcohol in mice.?METHODS?According to disappearing status of righting reflex, the mice were divided into three groups,named control group, Codonopsis lanceolata polysaccharides group and compound Codonopsis lanceolata group, and were given homologus drugs and alcohol, and recorded the time of sobering up.?RESULTS?The time from drunkenness to sobering up in compound Codonopsis lanceolata group was significantly shorter than that in control group.?CONCLUSION?The compound Codonopsis lanceolata extract could dispel the effect of alcohol in mice.更多还原
