谷氨酸铬对实验性糖尿病小鼠肝高碘酸-雪夫氏反应的影响

【摘要】 [目的 ]观察谷氨酸铬对四氧嘧啶性糖尿病小鼠肝糖原的影响 .[方法 ]应用高碘酸 雪夫氏反应显示肝糖原 .实验Ⅰ组小鼠的铬每日口服剂量为 10 μg/kg ,实验Ⅱ组为 5 μg/kg ,另设正常对照组及糖尿病对照组 ,实验周期为 4周 .[结果 ]实验Ⅰ组及Ⅱ组小鼠的肝糖原明显增多 ,实验Ⅰ组更明显 .[结论 ]谷氨酸铬可降低实验性糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平 .

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE?To observe the effects of chrom iu m glutamine for the hepatic glucogen in diabetic mice induced by alloxan.?METHODS?The reaction of periodic acid Schiff (PAS) was used. Experi mental groupⅠ was orally taken with 10?μg/kg of chromium and experimental gro up Ⅱ with 5?μg/kg of chromium at per day, and in addition, normal control gro up and diabetic control group were set up and the experimental period was for 4 weeks.?RESULTS?The hepatic glucogen of exp erimental group was obviously increased, especially experimental group Ⅰwas more obvious than experimental group Ⅱ.?CONCLUSION?Chromium glutamine could reduce the level of glycogen of experimental diabetic mice.
