基于LabView的气体渗碳炉碳势测量与控制
Virtual Instruments Based Measuring and Controlling of Carbon Potential in Gas Carburising Furnace
【摘要】 介绍了一种新的化学热处理炉气氛碳势测控方法。对CO2红外碳势分析仪和氧探头碳势测控中存在的,用化学平衡方程式间接计算碳势和单参数测量的不精确性,用电阻式气体传感器直接测量炉气碳势的方法测控碳势。基于LabView图形化编程语言的虚拟仪器技术,具有显示直观、组态灵活的优点,神经网络算法使多参数测理值综合反映碳势变化,与单参数控制相比精度提高。装置简单、成本低廉,改造安装方便。可在不破坏原有渗碳炉结构的前提下改造原设备。
【Abstract】 A new measuring and controlling method was introduced for the carbon potential testing in carburising furnaces.For the improving of the inaccuracy of oxygen probe and CO2 infrared ray meters,the resistance probe was employed to measure carbon potential directly,which based on the virtual instrument(VI)technology and the graphic programming language LabView.This method can be implemented in low costs,simple structure with a friendly human-machine interface.As a set of independent device,it can be added to old equipment without changing its original structure.
