【摘要】 目的 建立散瘀止痛膏中大黄酚的HPLC方法。方法 采用HPLC法测定其含量,选用ODS色谱柱,以甲醇—0.5％磷酸溶液(85:15)为流动相,检测波长254nm。结果 此方法在0.72μg/mL～9.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.94％,RSD=0.59％(n=5)。结论 此方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于散瘀止痛膏的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the content determination method of Chrysophanol in SanYuZhiTong Ointment by HPLC. MethodsHPLC was performed to determine ferulic acid on ODS column, the mobile phase consisting of a mix-tuer of methanole-0. 5% phos-phoric acid (85: 15) and detection wavelength as 254. Results The linearity of this method well (r=0.9999),and the average re-covery was 99. 94%, RSD=0.59% . Conclusion This method was simple, sensitive and accurate, and available for control ofSanYuZhiTong Ointment.更多还原
