【摘要】 目的 :研究硫酸庆大霉素滴眼液含量测定的紫外分光光度法。方法 :将硫酸庆大霉素进行衍生化反应后 ,在356nm波长处测定吸收度 ,并绘制标准曲线 ,求出回归方程 ,计算其含量。结果 :硫酸庆大霉素经衍生化反应后 ,可采用紫外分光光度法测定其含量 ,线性范围 :0 5～40 0μg·L-1,回归方程 :A=0.005585C +0.0049,(r=0.9997)。结论 :紫外分光光度法测定硫酸庆大霉素滴眼液的含量 ,操作简便 ,方法可行 ,可推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical value of ultraviolet spectrophotometry in determination of the content of gentamicin sulfate eye drops.Methods:The derivative reaction of gentamicin sulfate was performed,then the absorptive degree at the wavelength of356nm was detectˉed.The standard curve was drewup and the regression equation was made.The content of gentamicin sulfate eye drops was counted.Results:After derviative reaction of gentamicin sulfate,the content of gentamicin sulfate eye drops was detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.There was a linear relationship within the range of0.5～40.0μg·L -1 ,the regression equation was A=0.00585C+0.0049(r=0.9997).Conclusion:Ulˉtraviolet spectrophotometry is a simple and feasible method in determination of the content of gentamicin sulfate eye drops,and may be spread to use in clinical practice.更多还原
