【摘要】 目的 :评价压迫修复、注射凝血酶、栓塞及手术治疗方法对假性动脉瘤的治疗效果。方法 :对本科1993～2003年收治假性动脉瘤的诊治结果进行了回顾性分析。结果 :除4例采用压迫修复的患者未能一次成功 ,改为其他治疗获得成功 ,其余患者均一次治疗成功 ,未见明显并发症 ,随访1年无复发。结论 :注射凝血酶、栓塞及手术治疗对肢体假性动脉瘤治疗均是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effects of pseudoaneurysm treated by compression and repair,thrombin injection,embolization and surgical procedure.Methods:The curative effects in29patients with pseudoaneurysm from1993to2003treated in our department were retro-spectively analysed.Results:The treatment in all patients with pseudoaneurysmwas successful at a time except4patients were cured by converting to other method due to the therapeutic failure of compression and repair.With a followof1year,the obvious complication was not found,the re-current case was not found either.Conclusion:Compression and repair,thrombin injection,embolization and surgical procedure are safe and ef-fective in treating pseudoaneurysm.更多还原
