【摘要】 目的 建立护肾痛风泰颗粒的质量控制标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法鉴别秦艽、独活;采用薄层扫描法对山茱萸中的熊果酸进行含量测定。结果 秦艽、独活在与对照品色谱相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点;熊果酸含量在1～5μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率99.83%,RSD=0.41%。结论 测定结果准确,灵敏度高,方法简便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a quality control standard for Hushen Tongfengtai granules. Methods To identify and isolate of main Chinese traditional medicines (Qinjiao and Duhuo) by TLC. Using the method of TLC scanning determinate quantity of ursdic acid in Shanzhuyu. Results The linear range of ursdic acid was 1～5μg, recovery was 99.83%, RSD was 0.41%. Conclusion The method was accurate, sensitive, simple and fast.更多还原
