关于国家能源安全问题的探讨
Probing into the National Energy Security
【摘要】 在国内外研究的基础上,通过深入分析国家能源安全的内涵,提出国家能源安全概念的完整表述,探讨国家能源安全的系统研究思路。
【Abstract】 s: In this paper, the authors deeply analyse the connotation of national energy security, put forward the integrated description of the conception of national energy security, and probe into the systemic approach of research of national energy security.
