复杂系统决策的综合评价方法研究
Comprehensive assessment method for the decision making of a complicated system
【摘要】 在分析复杂系统决策问题特点的基础上,运用多目标决策分析原理,综合应用消去与选择转换法、逼近于理想解的排序方法和线性分配法,并在排序方案的基础上增加了一个最优方案和最劣方案,同时应用较为成熟的AHP主观赋权法作为指标权重分配计算方法,提出了一种复杂系统综合评价方法,建立了评价模型,编制了应用软件,并将其应用到实际复杂系统综合评价问题中,给出了相应的方法和步骤。
【Abstract】 Based on the property analysis of decision making of a complicated system and the related research achievements at home and abroad, a comprehensive assessment method for complicated system is proposed by integrating several system evaluation methods, such as linear distribution method, technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) and elimination Et choice translating reality (ELECTRE ). Its application software is introduced and the application example is given.
