知识化制造系统自重构中的灰色决策方法研究

【摘要】 针对知识化制造系统自重构中模式选择的决策问题,提出了一种灰色决策树的方法.首先对影响知识化制造系统决策的因素进行分类和分析,给出了其决策因素的概念模型,并采用不同的评价方法对各影响因素进行了评价.然后基于关联分析,提出了灰色决策树的模型,并给出了其决策的详细步骤.最后应用该方法,结合实例对知识化制造系统自重构的决策进行了说明.决策的结果表明该方法可以有效解决知识化制造系统自重构中模式选择的问题,为知识化制造系统模式选择的决策提供了一种方法.

【Abstract】 The gray decision-making tree method is proposed for the settlement of decision-making of mode selection in the self-reconfiguration of knowledgeable manufacturing systems. Firstly, the decision-making factors of knowledgeable manufacturing systems are analyzed and classified, meanwhile, a conceptual model of decision-making factors is proposed. And each factor is evaluated through different methods. Then based on relationship analysis, the gray decision-making tree method is proposed, and its decision-making steps are presented in detail. Finally by adopting the method, an example is used to explain the gray decision-making of knowledgeable manufacturing systems. The decision-making result indicates that the decision-making problem in the self-reconfiguration of knowledgeable manufacturing system could be solved by the method. And the research provides a method for the decision-making of mode selection in the self-reconfiguration of knowledgeable manufacturing systems.
