【Abstract】 This paper designs the evaluation model of urban land use multiple efficiency based on the theory of information entropy. It evaluates the land use harmonious degree, restrictive degree and land use multiple efficiency upgrade intensity of Jiangbei District from 1996 to 2002 based on the statistic data. It uses the regression analysis method to estimate the relationship between urban land uses multiple efficiency and investment in fixed assets and provides the model which expresses the driving performance on the investment in fixed assets. It uses the model to analyse the urban land use multiple efficiency in various period of time and the deep-seated causation.更多还原
