【摘要】 目的比较文拉法新与氯丙咪嗪治疗抑郁症的疗效及副反应。方法对 4 7例符合CCMD -III抑郁症诊断标准抑郁症患者随机分为 2组 ,分别给予文拉法新和氯丙咪嗪治疗 ,疗程 6周 ,于治疗前后分别用HAMD和SERS评定疗效和副反应。结果文拉法新组与氯丙咪嗪组的总体疗效相似 ,但文拉法新起效快 ,副反应明显少于氯丙咪嗪。结论文拉法新是一种安全有效的抗抑郁症药物 ,起效快 ,副反应轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side e ff ects of Venlafaxine and Chlorimipramine on depression.Methods 47 cases of depression patients that were diagnosed according to C CMD-III were divided into two groups.They were respectively treated with Venlafaxine and Chlorimipramine for 6 weeks.Efficacy and side effects were eva luated with HAMD and SERS before and after the treatment.Result s Venlafaxine and Chlorimiprmine had similar therapeatic efficacy ,but Venlafaxine effected quickly and had less side effects.Con clusion Venlafaxine is a safe and effective anti-depression med icine and has a quick therapeatic effect and less side reaction.更多还原
