应用线性模型预测焦炭硫分的研究

【摘要】 简述了炼焦煤硫分对焦炭的影响及对炼铁产生的危害,针对开滦煤质特点,并通过大量实验数据进行分析,建立线性回归模型,证明开滦煤中硫分与焦炭硫分具有线性关系,指出运用线性回归模型可有效预测焦炭硫分,从而合理指导配煤,控制配煤中的硫分,以保证焦炭质量。

【Abstract】 Brief description is given in the paper of the negative effect of sulfur in coking coal on coke and the harm to steel and i ron production. Based on the characteristic of Kailuan coal and a nalysis carried out large amount of experimental data the linear regression model has been set up, through which, linear relation between sulfur content in Kailuan coal and sulfur content in coke produced from the coal has been proved. It is pointed that effective prediction of sulfur in coke can be done by use of linear regression model, therefore, this can reasonably conduct coal blending to ensure coke quality.
