【摘要】 个人利益是影响人的行为和态度的一个重要动机因素。该文分3部分系统地介绍了当代心理学家主要是西方心理学家关于个人利益的研究,分析了个人利益在人类行为中的作用、个人利益与态度的关系、个人利益对认知过程的影响以及跨文化差异比较等几个研究方向,从总体上展现了这些研究领域的现状和进展,并提出了值得进一步探究的问题。更多还原
