【摘要】 目的 :考察乳痛宁颗粒剂中当归、川芎、香附子挥发油的最佳提取工艺和 β-环糊精最佳包合工艺。 方法 :用单因素分析考察最佳提取工艺 ,以收油率作为评价提取工艺的指标 ;用正交试验考察最佳包合工艺 ,以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率作为评价包合工艺的指标。 结果 :挥发油的最佳提取工艺为 3种药材均粉碎成粗粉 (10目 ) ,加 12倍量水 ,提取 8h;挥发油与 β-环糊精的最佳包合比例为 0 .5 0 m l∶ 4 g,包合温度 6 0℃ ,包合时间 1h。验证结果表明包合物、β-环糊精、挥发油、物理混合物的 X-衍射图谱有差别。结论:所选提取工艺提油率高 ,包合工艺合理 ,节约成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study optimum condition of extraction and inclusion process for the volatity oil from Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Rhizoma Cyperi in Ru-tongning Granules. Methods: The study was carried out with single factor and orthogonal design. The process condition were studied by determing the ultimate ration of oil from the herbs as the index of extracting technology,the ration of inclusion and the oiling-bearing from the inclusion as the index of the inclusion process. Results: The optimum condition for extracting and inclusion were established as: three herbs were all smashed to coarse powder (10 meshes),the water was 12 times of the herbs in weight,the time of extracting oil was 8 h,the proportion of oil and β-CYD was 0.50 ml∶4 g,the temperature and time were at 60℃ and 1 h,respectively. Verification test show that there were difference in X-ray of Cyclodextriny inclusion,β-CYD,oil and physical mixture of them. Conclusion: There are the ultimate high ration of oil,the suitable inclusion process and the economic cost.更多还原
