酸石榴果皮黄色素的提取及理化性质研究

【摘要】 本文以酸石榴果皮为原料 ,水作溶剂 ,提取了深黄色素并研究该色素的理化性质。通过数次的实验证明该色素耐光 ,耐热。在食品工业和医药方面有一定的利用价值

【Abstract】 This paper uses sour pomegranate fruit peel as the raw material,and water as the melting agent,abstracts the deep yellow vegetable element and studies the physica chemiscal rature of the element.
