消失模铸造的浇注系统

【摘要】 消失模铸造铸件的浇注系统除了具有与砂型铸造和熔模铸造的共同性外,还要满足铸件模样熔解、裂解、分解和合金熔液充型的要求。以一些铸件为例,介绍消失模铸造实际使用的浇注系统。

【Abstract】 Pouring systems of EPC process, besides being common to those for sand mold castings and investment castings, must meet the requirement that the casting pattern can be melted, split and decomposed, and the alloy melt can fill the mold. Taking some typical castings as examples, some pouring systems used in practical production were introduced.
