【摘要】 水玻璃砂的常温强度越高,其溃散性通常越差。在保证水玻璃砂具有足够的常温强度的条件下,获得好的溃散性一直 是铸造工作者追求的目标。笔者介绍了新型酯硬化水玻璃砂的性能特点,就酯硬化改性水玻璃砂常温强度和溃散性的影响 因素与改进方法进行了试验研究和探讨。

【Abstract】 In general, the higher the atmospheric temperature strength of the sodium silicate sand is, the more deteriorative its collapsibility becomes. It is always the goal pursued by foundrymen to obtain a sort of sodium silicate sand having excellent collapsibility while ensuring its sufficient atmospheric temperature strength. The property characteristics of new generation of ester-hardened sodium silicate sand was introduced, and the factors influencing the atmospheric temperature strength and collapsibility of ester-hardened modified sodium silicate sand, as well as the measures to improve collapsibility were investigated and discussed.
