【摘要】 目的　研究猴牙龈组织对CO2 激光重复照射的反应。方法　健康成年恒河猴 1只 ,选取附着龈宽度大于 4mm的颊侧牙龈作为实验部位。激光参数为 8w 0 .0 3son/ 0 .0 5off,采用匀速扫描式垂直照射牙龈 ,共照射 6块牙龈组织 ,使其均为直径为 4mm的圆形。其中 2块作为对照 ,其余 4块组织每隔 7天加照激光一次。记录组织的肉眼变化。第 3次加照后 7天、14天取活检 ,做组织学切片 ,常规HE染色。观察牙龈组织对CO2 激光重复照射的反应、愈合情况。结果　CO2 激光加照 3次后 7～ 14天 ,牙龈组织基本愈合。整个试验过程中 ,组织无明显出血及炎症反应 ,无瘢痕形成。结论　牙龈组织对CO2 激光重复照射反应良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of repeated irradiation with carbon dioxide laser on monkey gingival tissue.Methods Buccal attached gingiva(width>4mm)of an adult rhesus monkey was irradiated with carbon dioxide laser in scanning mode in a constant speed,6 pieces of gingival tissue 4mm in diameter each were irradiated vertically.The parameter of laser irradiation was 8w 0.03s on/0.05s off.Laser irradiation was repeated at the interval of 7days,14days and 21 days on 4 pieces of gingival tissue and other 2 pieces were used as the control.At the interval of 28 days and 35 days,biopsy and histological observation were performed.Results Based on gross observation and histological examination,gingival epithelium got a healing 7～14 days after repeated laser irradiation for 3 times.During the experiment,no obvious hemorrhage,inflammation or scar formation was discovered.Conclusion Gingival tissue tends to heal well after repeated irradiation with carbon dioxide laser.更多还原
