【摘要】 目的:研究UPA与UPAR的表达与卵巢癌的发生、进展及预后的关系,以期在延长生存期的同时保护患者机体功能。方法:手术标本存档蜡块(卵巢腺癌45例,卵巢良性肿瘤20例,正常卵巢组织20例)取自哈尔滨医科大学附属第三医院1992-01/1999-12。采用SP免疫组化技术对45例卵巢腺癌、20例卵巢良性肿瘤和20例正常卵巢组织进行UPA和UPAR的检测。结果:①UPA在卵巢腺癌、良性卵巢肿瘤、正常卵巢组织中的阳性表达分别为53%,10%,5%,阳性表达率间差异均存在显著性意义(P<0.05)。UPAR在卵巢腺癌、良性卵巢肿瘤、正常卵巢组织中的阳性表达分别为62%,0,0,差异具有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。②UPA,UPAR的阳性表达率在不同分化程度和不同临床分期的卵巢腺癌中的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。③UPA,UPAR在淋巴转移阳性组中的表达高于淋巴结转移阴性组(P<0.05)。④UPA,UPAR的阳性表达生存期≥5年组低于生存期<5年组(P<0.01)。结论:UPA和UPAR与卵巢腺癌的发生、进展与预后密切相关,它可作为后者病情的一种新的评估指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the correlation of expression of urokinase-type plasminogen activator(UPA) and urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor(UPAR) with the occurrence,development and prognosis of ovarian cancer so as to protect the host function of patients based on prolonging their survival time. METHODS:Paraffin specimens(45 cases of ovarian cancer,20 cases of benign tumor and 20 cases of normal ovary tissues) were screened from the Third Clinical Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 1992 to December 1999.The expressions of UPA and UPAR in the 45 cases of ovarian cancer,20 cases of benign tumor and 20 cases of normal ovary tissues were examined with streptavidin-peroxidase(S-P) immunohistochemical method. RESULTS:①The positive rate of UPA in ovarian cancer,benign ovarian tumor and normal ovary tissues was 53.3%,10%and 5%respectively,among which there were significant differences(P< 0.05).The positive rate of uPAR in ovarian cancer,benign ovarian tumors and normal ovary tissues was 62.2 %,0 and 0 respectively,with significant differences(P< 0.01).②The positive rate of UPA and UPAR were insignificantly different among the ovarian cancers at different differentiation degree and different clinical stages(P >0.05).③The positive rate of UPA and UPAR was higher in the positive metastasis of lymph node than in the negative metastasis of lymph node(P< 0.05).④The positive rate of UPA and UPAR in survival time≥5 years group was higher than that in the survival time< 5 years group(P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:The expression of UPA and UPAR is closely correlated with occurrence,development and prognosis of ovarian cancer,so accordingly,UPA and uPAR expression can be served as a new evaluating indicator for predicting ovarian cancer.更多还原
