【摘要】 目的:分析补脾益智三方对衰老大鼠脂质过氧化反应的影响,探讨其延缓衰老的作用机制。方法:对青年(2月龄)及老年(22月龄)大白鼠进行造模,分别为脾气虚、脾阳虚及脾阴虚证,用补益脾气、温运脾阳和滋补脾阴方药预防治疗,观察血浆脂质过氧化物(lipidperoxidation,LPO)、血浆超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)活性及血浆脂褐质(lipofuscin,LPF)含量的变化及其与脾虚衰老的关系。结果:伴随增龄,机体血浆LPO含量明显升高犤青年正常对照组为(13.7250±0.7250)μmol/L,老年正常对照组为(18.4800±1.6191)μmol/L,P<0.05犦,SOD活性明显降低犤青年正常对照组为(0.7065±0.0531)μmol/L,老年正常对照组为(0.5662±0.0577)μmol/L,P<0.05犦,LPF含量明显升高犤青年正常对照组为(11.3038±2.3553)μmol/L,老年正常对照组为(24.1050±3.1955)μmol/L,P<0.05犦,补益脾胃方药可以降低不同证型脾虚证老年大鼠的LPO含量。补益脾胃方药可以提高不同证型脾虚证老年大鼠的SOD活性。补益脾胃方药可以降低不同证型脾虚证老年大鼠的LPF含量。其中老年脾气虚证治疗组LPF含量降低不显著。结论:脂质过氧化反应增强是脾虚衰老的病理反应之一,补益脾胃方药能提高机体抗氧化能力,因而能降低脾虚衰老的过氧化损伤,从而起到延缓衰老更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To analyze the influence of the three prescriptions of bupi yizhi on the lipid peroxidation in aging rats,and study its mechanism against aging.METHODS:Young(2 months old) and old(22 months old) rats were made into models of deficiency of spleen and qi,deficiency of spleen and yang,deficiency of spleen and yin respectively,and then they were treated with the drugs of benefiting spleen and qi,warming spleen and yang,invigorating spleen and yang.The changes of lipid peroxidation(LPO) content,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and lipofuscin(LPF) content were observed,and their relations with deficiency of spleen and aging were analyzed.RESULTS:Along with the increase of age,in the young and aging normal control groups,the LPO contents were obviously increased[(13.725 0±0.725 0),(18.480 0±1.619 1) μmol/L,P< 0.05],SOD activities were decreased remarkably[(0.706 5±0.053 1),(0.566 2±0.057 7) μmol/L,P< 0.05],and the LPF content was obviously increased[(11.303 8 ±2.355 3),(24.105 0±3.195 5) μmol/L,P< 0.05].The drug of buyi piwei could decrease the contents of LPO and LPF but increase the SOD activity of aging rats with different syndromes of deficiencies of spleen and qi, while the decrease of LPF content in the aging rats with deficiencies of spleen and qi was insignificant.CONCLUSION:The reinforce of lipid peroxidation is one of the pathological responses for deficiency of spleen and aging.The drug of buyi piwei can increase the antioxidating ability of the organ,and reduce the peroxidating injury of deficiency of spleen and aging,so as to postpone aging.更多还原
